Your Body, the Way You Want It

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

I am a Register Yoga Trainer 200hr and Fitness trainer.

The aim of my class is to bring connection between the mind, the body and breath.

I offer a one hour class of a great combination of Yoga and Pilates in the mornings from Monday to Friday for a small group classes of max 3 people or individual.The lessons will be in English but they can be done in Italian on request.  Don't hesitate to contact me for further informations
